Staka 2./Kampfgeschwader 27 "Boelcke" 1945 Question.

I am hoping that someone can help to identify the attached signatory of the Oberleutnant u. Staka 2./Kampfgeschwader 27 "Boelcke", dated from the beginnig of 1945.

As always, all help is very much appreciated indeed.

Thank you for that John, I have checked Larry and Doug's Luftwaffe Officers Career Summaries and there are 2 potential candidates if indeed his name is Herzog however, as yet I cannot find anything definitive.
