Arado Ar 96 with rear gunner

I was trying to find out the sub-type of the Arado Ar 96 with rear gunner, with no success so far.

The closest I've got was a schematic describing the development, which seems to imply that it was a B version (although I don't understand the meaning of the half-filled arrow):

Could it be the B-5 (pardon my French)?
