Crash Landed Beufighter-Any help with writing on Photo

From an expired E-Bay Auction

Two shots of a crash landed Bristol Beaufighter on a beach being examined by German personnel. Only identity is a yellow "O" on the fuselage.

There is some writing on both photos but the only thing I can see is "Englische Torpedoflugzeug" with the rest unknown.

The soldiers in the second image appear to be Italian.
