Testing of equipment on He 59s - unknown term
On 11.11.39 three He 59s of 3./806 and all serviceable He 59s of 1./806 transferred to Kamp to be equipped with "PVC". They were then ordered to undertake test flights over the following few days.
Does anyone know what PVC stands for? Thanks Adam |

Re: Testing of equipment on He 59s - unknown term
The two operational verions of the He 59, the He 59C and He 59D, were equipped with 1 x PVC 1005 and/or 4 x PVC 505 bomb release racks.
If the navigational trainer version, the He 59E, had the same has not yet been confirmed by my sources. |
