Crew List Unexpected II, lost 20.12.1943

Hi,

Can anyone provide the crew list for this particular B-24? Also, just to confirm, was the entire crew killed in the collision with Cpt Hyde Jr.'s P-47?

Names I found were;

Leonard D. Lange; Ralph W. Fall; Robert E. Fisher; Delbert E. Edmiston; Alton E. Mills; Clarnce G. Murphy; John H. Hedrick; Walter H. Hoynowski; John F. Flack and Joseph. F. Cosgrove.
