Some changes on IL-2 FB

Hi,

I really enjoy this game but, as a militaria collector, some thing really annoy me. For instance the images that they use for the German Decorations... they are awful!

Besides that, I also do not like the pictures of the "pilots". Too much similar and not convincing...

My question is: is it possible to make anything to change these images for more suitable ones? I mean closer to the real thing?
