RAF escort of French Destroyers 23 / 24 April 1941

RAF squadrons escorted 3x French Destroyers to attack German convoy shipping around the area of Skagerrak, a strait of land running between the Jutland peninsula of Denmark, the southeast coast of Norway and the west cost of Sweden.

Does anyone know the name of these vessels that the RAF escorted there and from on these dates.

I wonder if you mean 23/24 April 1940 instead of 1941? If so, then the "contre-torpilleurs"
Le Malin, Le Triomphant and l'Intomptable.

Kurze Gefechtsberührung der 8. franz. Zerstörer-Division (Kpt.z.S. Barthes) mit den Großzerstörern L'Indomptable, Le Malin und Le Triomphant im Skagerrak mit V 702 und V 709 (7. Vorpostenflottille). Dabei passieren die Minenleger Roland und Cobra auf dem Marsch von Wilhelmshaven nach Kristiansand in unmittelbarer Nähe, ohne gesichtet zu werden. Ein Angriff deutscher Bomber auf den Zerstörerverband am 24.4. bleibt erfolglos. In der Nacht vom 24./25.4. bringen die Minenleger unter Sicherung von fünf Torpedobooten im Skagerrak die Minensperre V aus.
