Ltn Gerhard Mitsdorfer 1./JG27
Hi guys
He was shot down off the Isle of Wight on 18 August 1940, and was rescued from the sea. But by what means? Any help appreciated, please. Stay safe Brian |

Mitsdorfer was picked up off the Isle of Wight by a boat from Spencer's Boatyard, Ventnor for which the crew received an award of £2
