Information concerning loss of Feldwebel Albert Disch - Bomber Pilot - killed 18.08.1940

Hi,

Can anyone provide information on the loss of Feldwebel Albert Disch who was killed on the 18th August 1940?

As you can see he was an experienced flier with EK I and II.
Thanks

Rick

Re: Information concerning loss of Feldwebel Albert Disch - Bomber Pilot - killed 18.08.1940

He washed ashore on the beaches near Haamstede on 20 September 1940 and one day later he was buried at the local cemetery of that place.
I am looking for a picture of this airman for use in our second volume of "Airwar over Zeeland". This volume will be dedicated to the Schouwen area.
Who can help?
