Oberleutnant Wilhelm Hofmann - 21 October 1944

Hi guys

Oberleutnant Wilhelm Hofmann (44 victories, RK, killed in action 26 March 1945), Staffelkapitän of 8./JG 26, was wounded in aerial combat with USAAF P-38 twin-engined fighters south of Viersen on 21 October 1944. Would anyone have the usual loss list information (subtype, tactical code and werknummer) for the fighter that he was flying on that occasion if it exists? Many thanks.

Horrido!

Leo
