Smile Original FW190 and 109 plans

Do you have copies of Focke Wulf 190 or Me 109 factory drawings. Would you be prepared to swap on a 1 to 1 basis. I have over 400 Focke Wulf 190 and a handful of Me 109 factory drawings.

Re: Original FW190 and 109 plans

Hello Liam!

I'm a 3D modeler looking for manufacturing blueprints of the Bf-109 E-3 because I want to make a highly detailed version of it.

Do you have such a blueprint?? If so, can I buy a copy of it from you??

Hope to hear from you

Regards Henrik Frederiksen

Re: Original FW190 and 109 plans

Hi Liam

Thanks for the blueprints of the Rumpf on the Bf-109 E-3. I am now following a lead for the other blueprints, and the lead has guided me to an aviation museum in Schwitzerland.

I have written them an e-mail and I'm currently waiting for a response. If they send me any blueprints they will offcource be shared :-)

Best regards and a merry Christmas

Henrik

Re: Original FW190 and 109 plans

Thanks Paul

I have bought some of Hafners manuals in the past. Nicely bound but can be a bit expensive.

Please post a personal message to grab my attention as sometimes I forget to check this posting.

Also if anyone has any contacts who would be prepared to help locate original plans at NARA I would to hear from you.

Re: Original FW190 and 109 plans

Hi all, I don't know if this is the right place to post this. But, I have a complete set of Curtiss P-40 factory drawings 6,000+ that I am willing to trade for any other aircraft drawings/plans.

Re: Original FW190 and 109 plans

in the meantime, the Swiss Museum is NOT accepting any help anymore from "strangers". They had some bad experiences.
I just bought the "update" of the few copies that Peter Ewbank from NZ is selling on eBay and this update contains dxf files of the aft-fuselage. As I can see from the titleblock, the origin of the files must be a Romanian guy.
I did compare the sections with the copies of the original plans I can consult and they match 99.9%!
A bit expensive but can't find anything else anywhere for less, not even for more!
It seems this is the first of a series that will be listed for sale. Hope the tail will be covered next....

Re: Bf 109 Plans

The Rumpf plans in CAD are more than 99.9% accurate. They will fit perfectly with original parts - that is the purpose of doing them. For reasons of confidentiality, I can not declare who has done the CAD work, but I can state categorically, that they have not been produced in Rumania. I am hoping to have new material to release in addition to the Rumpf - the tail is in progress. My main concern at the moment is the various engine cowlings for types E through to G, instrument panels and fittings like the seat (s) etc.

I believe that there are some members who have a genuine need for this information and so I am trusting that the administrators of this forum will not regard the link below as spam.
