Luftwaffe loss 15.08.1942
Hi all,
As a new member of the Luftwaffe Forum I am hoping that one of you experienced guys can possibly help me with identifying which aircraft the following Luftwaffe pilot was flying on the day of his fateful crash on the 15th August 1942. The pilot was Uffz. Günther Mertz of an unknown flying school. Any information regarding the aircraft or flying school would be really appreciated. Hoping I can help other Forum members in the future! Kind regards, Melvin.
