I./ZG I - Lt. Kurd GMELIN
Hello,
I search information about Lt. Kurd GMELIN, who was part of I./ZG I in April 1944 : - date of birth ? - was he "Staffelführer" of a Staffel in this Gruppe in April 1944 ? - was he, later, promoted Hauptman ... and to higher ranks ? if yes, when ? - was he appointed to other units after April 1944 ? - claims from December 1943 ? - fate in the course of the war : PoW ? WIA ? did he survive the war ? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you very much Pierre - |

Re: I./ZG I - Lt. Kurd GMELIN
Sorry, my finger has slipped : the first name of Lt GMELIN is "Knud" and no "Kurd"
