Loss B-17F 42-29555 Centaur 305BG 422 BS Rodgers Crew

Hello,

looking for all Informations regarding the Loss of the B-17F Fortress 42-29555 Centaur, Capt. Harvey B. Rodgers on 27/28 September 1943 on Hannover Night Raid. First Loss for the 305BG /422BS due to the Night Missions with the RAF.
"Centaur" went down near Landringhausen (Lower Saxony) after hit by Flak and Nightfighter.

Every Help in that case is welcome...

This is MACR 906, available on Fold3, and should be available from NARA for free. Six pages. Crew of 11; some POW, some KIA, some DED.

Hi Frank, ....Hi RSwank,

Thanks again for your help and the Infos regarding the MACR. I`ve investigate this Loss in 2011 first, but due to some Questions especially for the POW`s from an Relative of the Crew (2nd. Lt. Glenmore M. Ash) I try to find out more at moment. I`ve also order the IDPF for him but due to the Corona Pandemic.... very difficult to receive it.....

The last photo is of Staff Sergeant James L. Stafford and there is visible serial number of this plane - all photos are probably created same day, so maybe the other photo shows same plane.
