Wing Commander A C Mitchell
Has anybody details on this man please :
Wing Commander MITCHELL, ALAN CUNNINGHAM Service Number 27061 Died 18/09/1940 Aged 35 Royal Air Force Husband of D. G. Mitchell, of Island Bay, Wellington, New Zealand. He was injured during the bombing of the Air Headquarters Steamer Point, Aden 10/8/1940 by the Regia Aeronautica Italiana. Did he succumb to his wounds or was it due to something else.
