Crash-Landing of Ju 88 V4+CN (5./KG 1) 18 March 1942
Hi all
I would be grateful if anyone could provide details for the crash-landing of Ju 88 V4+CN of 5./KG 1 at Dno, after being hit by Flak attacking Pogostye Railway Station on 18th March 1942. The crew consisted of: Leutnant Oscar Müller Feldwebel Alfred Koltermann Unteroffizier Philipp Höchst Gefreiter Erwin Beinstingl It may well be that the crew will not be mentioned in any damage report, as I do not think they were injured (all were flying again the next day). Any help gratefully received.

in the Gen.Qu. loss reports from 21 March 1942 are listed: lfd. Nr. 42 18.3. 4./KG 1 Flugplatz Dno, Ursache: Durch landendes Flugzeug beschädigt (s. lfd. Nr. 43) Ju 88 A-4 6335 35%. No crew names. lfd. Nr. 43 18.3. 5./KG 1 Flugplatz Dno, Ursache: Bauchlandung infolge Flakbeschuss. Bei Landung in abgestelltes Flugzeug gerollt (s. lfd. Nr. 42) Ju 88 A-4 4641 30%. No crew names. lfd. Nr. 44 18.3. 5./KG 1 Flugplatz Dno, Ursache: Bauchlandung infolge Flakbeschuss. Ju 88 A-4 1542 20%. No crew names. Regards Leo
