British ground-based radars, 1942

I've come across the abbreviation M.R.U. in the context of radar performance in Egypt in 1942. Also "M.R.U. Types 4 and 9 stations".

I'm familiar with M.O.R.U. (Mobile Operations Room Unit) but this seems to be something different — Mobile Radar Unit perhaps, or does somebody know the correct interpretation?
