He was in 10 NJG 3 in Grove in Denmark. (Karup)
His birthdate and born where ?
From what area of Germany did he come from ?
His date of death and year ?
Where did he live uptil his death ?

Hi,he was born on 5th February 1921 and confirmed sixteen victories. He flew his first war-time flight on 12th September 1940. Previously flying for 3./KGr.Zbv104, I./NJG2, 7./NJG2, and the Staff of III./NJG2. On 11th June 1944 at 0315 hrs he was shot down by flak, wounded he bailed-out of his Ju88 South of Caen, France. There is some doubt as to whether or not he was awarded the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold, but a date on 1st October 1944 has been suggested. his last unit was Ergst(Nacht)./KG51 where he flew the last of his 241 combat missions, his last flight being on 30th April 1945, he is thought to have survived the war.

The last two units were 14/SG 151 and NSGr 20 were he flew his last combat mission. Survived and became member of the new Bundesluftwaffe. Retired as Oberstleutnant.

Müller, Hans Hermann. - Hptm. 2/5/1921 - 18 victories. I./NJG-2, 7./NJG-2, Stab III./NJG-2, 10./NJG-3 (3/44 to 5/44), 12./NJG-3 (8/44), Stab II./NJG-3, ENJ ST/KG-51 Bf 110 DK-G(10/1/44), EP, EK 1 & 2, Wound Badge, Night Fighter Operational Clasp WIA 10/11 June, 1944; shot up by AA fire, bailed soth of Caen (Balss). One known victory, his 5th, a B-17 "DN-3" southwest of Lister Fjord on 16 November, 1943. His 6th, another B-24 "GQ-5" two days later, on 18 November, 1943 (both Perry Claims). Nos. 15 & 16, both B-17's west of Gütersloh on 22 February, 1944 (Perry Claims). His 17th, a B-17 in the Daun area on 24 February, 1944. A "4 mot" over the North Sea, near Kiel, on 17 August, 1944. A Stirling on 29 September, 1944, no location. He may have received the Knights Cross. Flugbuch. Magnus Report; victory count may be as high as 30. Bowers/Lednicer, 30 victories.

Kracker is dead wrong on some accounts. He was Kdr. II/NJG 3 untill spring 1945. From there he went to 14/SG 151 at Vaerlöse/DK and then to NSGr 20 were he flew one mission. He did not recive the RK. And its pure speculation that he had 30 victories. His FB confirm 16.

Any mention of when he received his DKiG in his flight book, seems that September 1944 is the last time that dates were recorded, from then on it's just speculation!

1955 joined the Bundesluftwaffe. Retired as Oberstleutnant 1971.
