Question on abbreviations for ammunition types
SMK means Spitzgeschoss mit Stahlkern
PMK means Phosphormunition mit Stahlkern What does "B" mean? Beleuchtung?

The below listed designations correspond to the german 7,92x57 cartridge, but they should be universal to other calibers as well. https://waffen-welt.de/bilder/DiePatrone7.92x57.pdf
