Is this too early to identify?

Hello,

I just got this nice lot and would like to know about his unit, but I have a feeling that it's too early.

What is your opinion?

Thank you,

Christian

Re: Is this too early to identify?

Hello Christian,

on 26 March 1935 a training flight of a Junkers (Ju W34?) of the Fliegergruppe Gablingen ended with a crash on warehouses near the station Eichstätt. The pilot Artur Elmer and the Flugschüler Ernst Schropp and Max Fröhlich were killed.

Mein lieber Leo!

This is no less than fantastic!! Thank you very very much.
Übrigens...on the back of the photo Artur Elmer is mentioned!

I hope I can help you one day, if you need anything.

Kind regards,

Christian
