Circumstances of death of Dipl.-Eng. Richard ALKER?

I found in the Rumanian archives a note about the death of Dipl.-Eng. Richard ALKER, who was killed while test flying "a new aircraft type" (probably in late 1940/early 1941). Does anyone have details? Thanks, in advance.
