Major Gerhard Friedrich NJG6
Maj. Gerhard Friedrich (RK) was lost on 16 March 1945 in a collision with a RAF Lancaster near Stuttgart. He and his crew perished in Ju 88 G-6 (W.Nr. 621801) “2Z+LB” as did the seven crewmen of the British bomber.
Does anyone know where he is buried? Thanks |

Re: Major Gerhard Friedrich NJG6
From our update notes for our Luftwaffe Officer Career Database, I see that Gerhard Friedrich was buried at Grossensachsenheim.
This and numerous other updates will be incorporated into the next edition of the database at (http://www.ww2.dk/lwoffz.html) to be released in a year or so. HLdZ DGS |
