Boiten/Mackenzie has likewise nothing. Reason was that the weather was extremely bad and very few ops were flown by Bomber Command (Luftwaffe's main night time opponent) for a couple of nights, and stated night only 10 Mosquitoes were out.

Thank you very much gentlemen !

I was quite sure but nothing with confirmation ..

So very probably ... a crashed a/c occured from : a/c failure or fllak ?

Is there any website giving each flak regiment claims ? (area / hours etc ...)

Thank you very much for your precious help !

Phil.

I am not aware of any night time losses of Luftwaffe this night. Of course I am relying on Khorat's book in this case, regarding losses, but they are also an indication about any given nights intensity.

The loss of 2./NJG 102 Bf 110E-1 given on this date does not sound like any operational crash at all, since it is recorded as a "pilot's mistake" and with no operational loss(es), it indicates that Luftwaffe was not up in force either. It does n ot sound like a Blue on Blue shoot down either.

Perhaps you should stop talking in riddles and post what you have and what you are curious about. Doing that it will be a lot easier for the professionals on this site to help you

Cheers
Stig
