KE Reports 8590 and 8582

In researching RCAF personnel files, I have found copies of a card written in German that provides information on an individual found at a crash location and details of their burial. Some, but not all, of these cards also contain a KE Report number.

What is the name of these cards? Is the card the KE Report or is the KE Report a separate document? When and where were these cards prepared, was it at the crash site or later?

I am specifically interested in KE Report 8582 for Lancaster KB710 and KE Report 8590 for Halifax MZ629, both shot down May 12/13 south of Brussels.

Thank you for any assistance.
