About 7 km west of Kyssylyn is a town called Ozyutychi. I think that could be the one.

The spelling of place names in western Ukraine can be tricky. For a given location, you have:
1) the old Polish spelling, c. 1919 - 1939;
2) the German transliterated spelling, c. 1941-45;
3) the Russian spelling, c. 1945 - 1990/91;
4) the present day Ukrainian spelling, c. 1990/91 -
5) the English transliteration of these various spellings.
