A highly significant Boeing related photo album

If the seller's description is accurate, this is a significant piece of early aviation history.

Re: A highly significant Boeing related photo album

Possibly

Searching for Herbert Munter on Google brings up far better photos of his aircraft than I can see in this album.
Quality of photos range from OK to very poor (bad scanning?) and of course there is much more than just Boeing.
However I would never pay 7500 bucks to get 98% uninteresting stuff....

Cheers
Stig

The value is in the eye of the seller. I have been involved in valuing various items that are one of a kind. In auctions, the goal for the auction house and individual seller is to make as much money as possible. And there are people who have a lot of money. Not most of us but they exist. I have spoken to collectors who sometimes sell things because they need the money, and sometimes the prices are what most would consider reasonable, other times they will put items up for sale at an inflated price since they do not want to let it go unless they can make that kind of money. When it does not sell, it just remains in their collection.

Best,
Ed
