LG1 Norway April 1940

Hi guys

For those who missed my plea for help, I am after details of the following LG1 losses in Norway April 1940. Any help appreciated.

9/LG1 L1+KT lost 26 April 1940

4/KG1 aircraft flown by Schulz lost 27 April 1940

Hi Brian,

26.04.40 - Moldefjord air combat with Skuas, He 111H-1 L1+KT, Uffz.Theodor Mertens (FF) POW, Lt.Eberhard Kahl (BO) KIA, Fw.Gerhard Rein (BF) POW-returned, Gefr.Heinz Foehr (BS) KIA.
Towards 13.08 hours 10 He 111 from the II/LG1, 14 from the III/LG1 and 11 He 111 of the KG26 attacked harbour in Andalsnes and airfield situated in Lesjaskog. Some Skuas from the 803 FAA attacked German formation. One He 111 of the 9/LG1 was downed and it crashed by Apelseth in Romsdals Fjord. Two crewmembers died of their wounds in hospital, two were taken POWs and one of them was later released by German troops.
