Uffz. Heinz Krüger 3./JG 27
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
looking for some data about the former Uffz. Heinz Krüger, pilot of the German Luftwaffe during WW2. On March 18th, 1944 he flew the Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 Werknumber 440213. After some troubles with its engine he bailed out safely near Vienna, Austria. The aircraft was a 100% loss. Has anyone more details about the pilot and/or his aircraft? Did he survive the war? Is it know in which factory his aircraft was built / what kind of Ruestsatz (R) / Umbausatz (U) it had? Jochen Prien's book about JG 27 (Stab and I. Gruppe) on page 549 obviously has at least a note about him. Unfortunatly I do not have a copy of this book. Thanks for any help! Cheers, K. |
