Got my copy today and I'm impressed what Alexander has done here. The book is well layouted and full of interesting photographs I have never seen before. About the text I can't say too much as I got the book today. ;-)

Delmenhorst, can you check it to see if II/KG26 lost a He 111 over the Black Sea on the 29May42 and who was the pilot? In a post there was one listed for the 30th but there was some belief it could have been posted on the 30th by a delay.

The plane W.Nr. 7317, 1H+LM is listed on 30th! crew: Fw Walter Barbock (FF), Uffz. Josef Gmünd (BO), Obgefr. Friedrich Büschner (BF) and Uffz. Helmut Schneider (BS)

Thanks Simon! I didn't see Barbock on the "Kracker" site, so if he was shot down on the 29th then he had an aerial victory that was never recorded because of his death.
