Proofs finished of vol 9 in the Nachtjagd Combat Archive series!

Dear all,

I'm happy to report that we have finished the final proofs of volume 9 in the Nachtjagd Combat Archive series this evening. This volume covers 12 May - 23 July 1944, and contains four (instead of the usual three) full colour maps.

Wingleader will announce shortly when the new volume will be released, hope you'll enjoy the read!

And I'm ready for a drink now.

Any update as to when 10 and 11 will be published? Which dates will be covered?

Hello and good evening -the volumes in the NCA series are published in a cyclus of every three to four months, so I would expect vol 10 (which will cover 24 July - est. 24 October 1944) to see the light of day in October-November of this year. Vol 11 will cover the remainder of the year 1944 plus tables and appendixes covering the whole of 1944, and will appear in print in early 2021.

Well Stig -I'll certainly take a stiff drink after the publication of the 16th and final volume in the series! The NCA series feels like a long and hard, but most rewarding, marathon (in combination with a 'normal' full-time job).
