Book hasn't actually been published
The listings are from the same supplier Daily Deal and both for the same amount £ 999. This supplier has done this before with books that have been very delayed or cancelled. I've run across it with other titles over the years. Always same supplier and always same price .

The last contact that I had with Nikita, he said that his book was still being worked on when he had time between work and family. He thought it was funny that they had a copy when he still hasn't completed it.
