103 Squadron loss 16/5/1944 crew aircraft info? needed

I am trying to find information on the crew, aircraft, the german unit engaged of a 103 Squadron aircraft. All I know one of the crew was named F/Sgt C. Bish, I have been informed it was over the channel where he was killed?

Op. Gardening

Took off from Elsham Wolds at 2213 hrs tasked for operations over Kiel Bay. crashed in Avernako Hoved on the north west of the tiny Danish island of Avernako 7 km south of Faborg.
