Mölders Bf 109 Fs 1940
I have a photo taken at St Inglevert/Pihen in September 1940 of Mölders Bf 109. According to his logbook, he flew two Bf 109 Fs-F-1 Wk Nr 5628 SG+GW and F-2 Wk Nr 6660. The first two letters of this aircraft behind <-+ appear to be GA+ but camouflage makes positive identification difficult so would this be one of his Es?

I thought the first F's didn't appear until early 1941?

Nope. He shot down 3 Hurricanes on 22 Oct 40 and the first to be lost was 1./JG 51 on 11 Nov 40
