Could be Rootes built R3898 of No 114 Sqn came down near Haamstede, Zeeland, looking at the concrete telegrah poles: attacked by JG 54 on 1 August, 1940.

Re: Any Ideas as to this Blenheim Crash

Hi Chris,

What about R3692 of 40 Squadron ? It was force-landed during an attack on enemy troops between St-Valery and Abbeville on 6 June 1940. No information on the exact crash location.
There should be an AIR 81 personnel casualty file for this loss but I cannot find it in the files released so far.
In your photo that looks like 'R' to me preceding the digits.

Regards,

Martin Gleeson.

Re: Any Ideas as to this Blenheim Crash

Hello ,
However it does not match with R3692 crash landing , as described here :

https://h2g2.com/user/U241911/conver...035649/page/1/

So we have a problem with serial , maybe from ORB ?
