Mr Tettleys Tennants 4th Fighter Group

Hi, I own a copy of Mr Tettleys Tennants by Capt. Grover C. Hall in my book collection.
Anyone know how many were printed.
I know it's quite collectible, too valuable for my bookcase.
Interested to know what it may be worth.
Seen the eBay one, rather worn no dust jacket...£££
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but no one I talk to seems to know about it.
I bought it as my main interest is WW2 fighters, especially the 4th/56th FGs.
Thanks for any info.
