Polish Bomber veteran describes Wellington crash - video

On 30 January 1942 Sergeant Joseph Fusniak, the rear gunner in an all Polish crew of six, sat in his turret, gazing out as the weather deteriorated, cloud thickened and snow rushed past. Joseph would be the only survivor when the No. 18 Operational Training Unit Wellington bomber flew straight into the side of a hill.

Video of Joseph talking about the incident can be seen via the video page of www.fightinghigh.com
