This is one of the scarcer unit histories, but it's not all that hard to find. Bookfinder.com lists four available copies, but they're rather pricey.

eBay is your best bet for this book. Currently, there are two copies listed, both with low starting bids:

The first listing might work well, since the seller ships worldwide and accepts PayPal.
