P/O Samuel A. C. Sibley

Somebody can help me to find information relating to the P/O Samuel A. C. Sibley (504 Sqn) who was killed on May 14th 1940, hit by Flak East of Brussels. I would like to know his date of birth, place of birth, when he enlisted in the R.A.F. and where, relatives,... Thanks.
