Mg131 Edsk

Figures for Fw190 armament show 'EDSK' located beside nose MG131.
I hope experts tell me what's 'EDSK'.
'Alta Vista' translates 'Durchladeschaltkasten' as 'Through loading switchbox'.
I wouder it's a component of motor driven ammo loading device---could it be true?

I believe so it's a cocking device (term?). E possibly stands for electric. Gotta find my MG 131 manual...
