Hello All,

A friend of mine owns the complete trunk group for Joseph F. Fiala who was on the ill fated JU87 mission. He has most of the history but does not own the 1982 reunion book. He also has a copy of the ops report. Check out some pics of the items:

Interesting items for sure!

I am wondering at which event is related the caterpillar pin?

A truly remarkable collection.

Re: 42-5564 P61A " Jukin Judy " 422 NFS

Hello,

Retrieving this old post with new material (soon to be released!)

Quote:
Sounds like an Ju87D from NSGr. 2. At that night they bombed with 18 "Nachtstukas" targets in that aera.
Is someone able to confirm the Ju 87 unit & crew who claimed the P-61?

Best regards
