Middle Wallop ORB, March 1942-July 1944

Does anyone have a copy of the Middle Wallop ORB between March 1942 and July 1944, please, who could either provide me a copy or do a look-up?

I am seeking:
  • The arrival of Gp Capt H. W. G. J. Penderel (poss as Stn Cdr), which may have been (circumstantially) as early as March/April 1942. He was killed in a Middle Wallop Stn Flt Hurricane on 14 May 1943. I have the details on his death, but cannot establish the date of his arrival or in which capacity.
  • The arrival date of Gp Capt C. H. Appleton as Station Commander in July 1943
  • The departure date of of Gp Capt C. H. Appleton in ca June/July 1944
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks
Steve

it's a shame you weren't aware of this auction lot, which sold in January:

I doubt I would have been able to afford it, but I'm not sure why such things are up for sale at all, and not in the NA...?
