302 and 303 Squadron flight commanders 1941-42

In my ongoing and possibly eternal pursuit of the details of Eugeniusz Horbaczewski, his life and aviation career does anyone know the flight commanders and their flights in 303 Squadron from August 26 1941 to September 9, 1942? Horbaczewski was in "A" Flight and therefore his first flight commander was Kolaczkowski.

I know that Kolaczkowski was A Flight/303 commander sometime in 1941, becoming squadron commander in November 1941. He replaced Jankiewicz as squadron leader, Jankiewicz (formerly leader of "B" Flight) became squadron leader in July 1941 after the loss of Lapkowski.

Jan Daszewski became "B" Flight/303 commander on 22 November 1941. He was KIA 4 April 1942.

Jan Zumbach joined 303 as a flight commander in 23 March 1942 and was made squadron leader on 18 May 1942. I assume he was "A" Flight commander (because Daszewski was leading "B"Flight until his death two weeks later) However this leaves the period May 19 -July 6 1942 open. Bienkowski became flight commander of "A" Flight/303 on 7 July 1942.

I should state that I don't see a flight commander or squadron commander as a casualty in these period that would accurately account for appointments.

Also - the flight commanders of 302 Squadron from September 10, 1942 until December 9, 1942. Lapka was Horbaczewski's squadron c.o in the three months he was there.

In 302 Squadron Wieńczysław Baranski was a Flight Lieutenant, leading "A"Flight from August 25, 1942 until he took command in 1943.

Best regards

Keith

I should mention that FLt Zbigniew Kustrzyński was in 303 Squadron. POW 4 April 1942 (he claimed two Fw190 before this happened... as all shot down pilots do). He later escaped successfully with WCdr RR Stanford Tuck in 1945, see "Fly for your life"
