Luftwaffe fighters in Bulgaria (1943-1944)

I am looking for photos of Luftwaffe day fighters, which stationed in Bulgaria in 1943 and 1944, for an upcoming book I am about to finish soon.

I enclose an example of a photo I would like to get a publishable scan of.

Needless to say, photos of Bulgarian aircraft, particularly fighters, from the same time period would be of great interest as well.

Thank you, in advance, for your help.

Re: Luftwaffe fighters in Bulgaria (1943-1944)

Dénes,

Is that possibly a Stab/JG 27 aircraft, lost on 4 January 1944, during the 15. USAAF raid on Sofia?

Regards,
Sinisa

Sidney, unfortunately I have no info on that Bf 109G. I can only see that there are Bulgarian soldiers nearby.
