A question for Chris Goss
Hello Chris,
Either my version of "Bloody Biscay" is badly outdated, or your Czech editor did something wrong, but there is a F6F Hellcat on the front cover of the Czech version of your book: https://www.preskoly.sk/p/93949-krvavy-biskaj/ And don't ask how and why Google sent me there.... |

Re: A question for Chris Goss
Laurent-I have no input to overseas editions so cannot comment. Suggest you point it out to the publisher but this edition came out ages ago. If you have a closer look there is a right mish mash of types and no Ju 88 C-6!

Re: A question for Chris Goss
Who knows the missing Ju 88 may be found fighting some zeros in another book cover from the same publisher...

Re: A question for Chris Goss
Last week I also found a book on the Italian campaign in 1943-1945. On the cover, around an Italian map (the only right thing) there were 1) an Avenger USN aircraft 2) a US Marine 3) a row of US battleships from a well-known Pacific picture.
