I´m searching information about Night Fighter Claims in the night from 25/26. August 1944. In this night a German Night Figher-Plane was shot down near Gießen. Two died, one surrvied.

do you mean Ju 88 G-6 Werknummer: 620 033, 4 R + P R.

7./ Nachtjagdgeschwader 2, shot down during the Night of 08/25/44 to 08/26/44 near Giessen/Germany ?

Ofw Walter Exner and Gefr. Eduard Schreiner died

Ofw Paul Busch survived after bailed out.
