Missing airmen the 22/07/1941

Hello to all

I am looking for information on the circumstances of the loss for following missing airmen the 22/07/1941
P/O Mieville Geoffrey Christian Blake (MIA)101072
Sgt Sgt Moss Herbert Basil Kenneth (MIA)1172592

both Mieville and Moss were members of 55 OTU RAF, a fighter operational training unit.

If someone has the diary of this unit, more details may be available.

I have see that post but except P/O Hemingway John Allman "Paddy" DFC DSO (RTD)40702 on V-7440 I have not found any A/C of this unit missing that day

Hello Phil,
The link to the RAF Commands Forum thread started by Henk was in my opinion the correct result.
I did when I read your post, check the Air Britain Serial number books.
I found the following -
AB RAF Serial book L1000 - N9999, page 194.
N7570 - 610/222/610/55OTU - Dived into sea low flying 1/4 mile off Grangemouth. 22.7.41.

Actually Ross McNeil posted the Master ID for Melville and Moss only yesterday evening, it was not there when I first answered this thread.
