Hello,

Don't hold your breath waiting for a copy of Vol.1 to turn up! I had it on three Wants Lists with UK dealers, I had to wait a year and a half for one to turn up. Quite a few people I have spoken to about the book, have never seen a copy, in the flesh, so to speak. Some had no idea what it even looked like. Vol.2, you've got to be joking.

I can confirm Vol.1 does indeed exist...have one in my collection...
