Bad weather conditions - hit hill near Abergwesyn, Brecknockshire. Sgt T.F. Hyndman - RCAF R/129026 killed.

Trevor,
Thomas Frederick Hyndman,Sgt ( Pilot ) R-129026,from Oakville,Ontario, Cananda,KIA 4 Oktober 1942,age 20,5th Advance Flying Unit. Miles Master aircraft flew into a hillside in fog in England,one RAF airman was also KIA.Sgt.Hyndman is buried in the Felpham St.Mary Churchyard Bognor Regis,England, regards Jaap
