8/St.G77 mid air collision 19.10.40 Occagnes.

Hi, on this day two Junkers 87 dive bombers collided and crashed at Occagnes,
N.West of France. Both crews perished, would somebody have the names of the crew.
I'm also trying to establish the forename of Oblt.Schmidt of 3/St.G.77 sept- Oct
1940. Could it be Otto, later Gruppe Adj. III/St.G.77 Feb 1941?

Best regs,
Steve.

That's excellent chaps.
Thanks very much Matti and Leo.

I have a similar incident for 11.9.40 this time for I/St.G.77 regarding collisions at Curfeuilles, if you could help with these?

Beset regs,
Steve

Re: 8/St.G77 mid air collision 19.10.40 Occagnes.

Hello Leo thanks again. I have all this information with the exception of the names of the crew killed or injured.

From a flugbuch I'm working through at present, Oblt.Otto Schmidt of 3/St.G 77
flew S2+HL only two days previously with the W.Nr 5739.
I'm progressing nicely filling in gaps in my records for this unit!
Kindest regs,
Steve.
