3 Flieger-Ausbildungs Division

On Michael Holm's webside, two units are mentioned - 1 and 2 Flieger-Ausbildungs Division - my question is if anyone have heard about a 3 Flieger-Ausbildungs Division dating around October/November 1943. I've not been able to find any additional details related to this unit but apparently there are a few aircraft/personell losses registered with this unit.

THe unit is also not listed in Carlsen/Meyer's Die Fluzeugführer Ausbildung der Deutshen Luftwaffe 1935-1945
